• Current Patients: If you are under treatment with us, we will assist you in arranging ongoing care. Please contact us to request medical records or to transfer your care to another provider.

• South Texas Skin Cancer Center will continue to manage medical records. You may contact them directly for any record requests or assistance.

• Referral Services: You can also request a referral to another physician through your primary care provider if needed.
